Subscription & Payment:

Trial Access:

Granting of trial access is at the sole discretion of relay101.com, based on internal criteria.
Trial access can be terminated at any point without prior notice.
Termination & Access:
com reserves the right to cancel any User’s Subscription and deny access if the User violates any terms.
Either party may terminate the Service with prior notice. Upon termination, Users will no longer have access to the Service.
Services & Usage:
com helps Users identify suitable infuencers and manage campaigns.
The platform does not guarantee campaign success or specifc outcomes.
Users shall not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Breach or violation will result in immediate termination of the User’s Subscription and account.
Data & Privacy:
User data will be stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
com retains the right to analyze and use aggregated, anonymized data for research and development purposes.
Limitation of Liability:
com, its employees, or afliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profts or revenues.
Warranties & Disclaimers:
The Service is provided “as is.”
com makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any Content or the results obtained from using the Service.
Indemnifcation:
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless relay101.com and its employees and afliates from any claim or demand made by any third party due to their breach of these terms or violation of any law.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India.
Amendments:
com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
